This is a 2-story suburban shopping center/mall (on a 3x5 lot). The bottom floor is furnished except for one store. The top floor is accessible, but empty.
From top-left, moving clockwise: a restaurant, linen store, men's room, mostly empty convenience store, arcade, bank, clothing store, ladies' room, pet store, bar/pub.

Why there's so much CC? Pretty much entirely because of the linen store, lol!
CC includes: minimal walls/floors/edge smoother. Quite a few plants in the courtyard (various creators). Monique's computer for the working bank.
Linen store: vases/planters (Buggybooz), pillows (various creators), blankets (Jonesi and recolors), towels/baskets (Guatla), paintings (Shoukeir).
Cleaned of any random portals, garbage cans, 5000 extra blanket recolors (just kept the plum color pictured).
I found it hard to see which pillows I'd used or didn't, since I used so many, and so many are painstakingly layered on top of each other with OMSPs, so there are a lot of pillow recolors included. I encourage you to use your clean installer to remove the ones you don't want.
